What it does
Switchboard pulls your mail, DMs, texts, calls, and social mentions into a single prioritized stream — the Today board — so you triage your whole day in one place instead of app-hopping. Reads run on your own connector tokens; ranking and drafting run on the communications bot with cost captured per user. Nothing is sent or posted without your say-so.
Accountability
Every capability is declared in the app's manifest and attached to a named bot identity, so the work has an owner and its cost has a line item.
