The story

Open Swarm brings applications, embedded AI concierges, and agents together, with choices about where the workspace runs and how you reach it. Use a hosted installation, self-host on your own server, or run locally on a suitable computer with the supported runtime.

About the demonstrationCompatibility depends on adapters, model endpoints, tools, and worker support. Hosted, self-hosted, and supported local deployments have different requirements. Current native runtime prerequisites are Linux-based; universal native Mac and Windows installer parity is not claimed.

0:10Use a hosted installation, self-host on your own server, or run locally on a suitable computer with the supported runtime.

0:18Connect from a Mac, Windows PC, or laptop through the browser or an available desktop client. The server and device roles are distinct.

0:28Open the phone application experience, sign in to the same installation, and add it to your home screen where your browser supports it.

0:36Enroll another computer as a satellite worker using a single-use connection code. It can run supported work locally and return results.

0:45The core coordinates work across enrolled machines, with device-bound credentials, declared capabilities, and current permissions.

0:54Choose compatible harnesses, APIs, and local or hosted models. Configuration and available adapters determine what each installation can run.

1:05Provision users and app access as your household or team grows. The same core architecture supports a laptop-scale workspace and server deployments.

1:15Your apps, your agents, your infrastructure. Open Swarm.
